Bondgate Green Allotments

Access is via Bondgate Green Lane and Dallamires Way North. The site sits between Newby Street and the rear of Ripon Farm Services. Much of the site overlies peat and is very fertile but some plots suffer from the high water table and can be difficult to garden in winter. .

The allotment provision was much larger at one stage. However a substantial part of the allotment land at Bondgate Green was taken to develop the Dallamires Lane Industrial Estate. The plots remaining at Bondgate Green are numbered 73 -105!
